يا من امتلأ قلبه بالإيمان بمصر وشعبها
دمتم أهلا كراما، ومرحبا بكم دائما على أرضها
يا ناس عاشت الإسكندرية وأحبت بحرها
يا أخي يورجوس علاقتنا أعظم من جبال الأرض وكل كنوزها
أنت يوناني وأنا مصري. نحن معًا الثقافة والتاريخ ونور الأرض ومجدها
في ذكرى الأديب كفافي أنشدنا الشعر وعزفت مصر لحنها
على أوتار الجيتار في فولوس رددت اليونان للإسكندرية حبها
