Poets love to write
On ideas or thought-
And tell publishing tales
That need to be taught!
Puppets move audience
At the pull of puppeteers-
And display the notions
Of our joy and cheers!
Poets seem to whirl
In the ocean of thought-
But puppets do twirl
Till threads get caught!
With emotional flows,
Poets find their way-
While puppets mimic
With puppeteers’ sway!
Poets love to burn
The midnight oil-
And the puppets turn
The puppeteers’ toil!
Flow of ink
Runs in poets’ pens-
But sense of caricature
Glows in puppets’ veins!

New marketing ploy too well
And advertisement on Internet
Is the place for minds to dwell!
Selling merchandise on ebay.com
Reflects the widespread use
Of computer age, even by the sage,
Without blowing the fuse!
Now windows of mind open or close
With windows of laptop or PC
And glide the mouse to check
Beauty or beast, or even a sissy!
Stars grazing in Hollywood or horizon
Can be found via dot.com for sure
And their anatomy tantalizes us
With imitation pains to endure!
Shapes and curves wreck the nerves
To promote their body with soul
And our eyes get glued on PC
To watch their moves with rock-n-roll!
Hour-glass is the desirable shape,
Followed by the diet and pill
And tempts young ones to swallow,
While trying their appetites to kill!
Display via dot.com catches the rage
For global viewers to see
While money begins to pour in,
As a status update with a social key!
Lifestyles change from dot.com to dot. bomb
To create the ‘diva’ or a household name
And we fall in the traps like a spider,
With mistaken identity, fortune, and fame!
