Is it worthy?

You have replaced peace with fear
You flooded the streets with blood
The nation is crying for help
I wonder who will help
If those hands that once built it
Are the same hands that crush it
I still wonder if it’s worth it
Is it worth the peace we struggle to have?
Is it worth the plate that once fed you?
Like an elephant you entered
And made yourself at home
You took whatever you want
Forgetting someone’s mother work there
You toppled building of someone’s son
That building made sure that all is well
We know you are angry but is it worth it
What will happen when you are calm?
What will happen if you lose the job, you once had
What will happen if the is no food on the table again?

“She”

She’s a great pretender,
She’s one of the bravest fighters,
She fought in a war,
Where her heart is full of scar.

She can smile at everybody,
She can be comfortable with somebody,
She can act like she’s okay,

On the other hand, she is slowly dying,
Dying, because of pain that keeps on spinning.
She’s tired of everything,
She is tired of hoping.

A lot of times she’s been suffering.
But this young little warrior, keeps on fighting.
In a sky full of bright stars she’s gazing,
I wish this pain had an ending.
