– Born in 1959 in Lao Cai
– Member of Vietnam Writers‘ Association
– Member of Vietnam Association of Ethnic Minorities.
There have been 5 awards for poetry: “Adding me in the world” 2016; “Holding across the horse’s back” 2017. Poetry Slam champion co-organized by the French Embassy and the Institute of Francophonie in 2018. Poetry performance was done in Paris in May 2018
Hello all of friends and readers! A Christmas season is coming! Merry Christmas to everyone. I believe our world will be better with new page. Thank you and welcome the new year 2023, always grateful for life! I am very happy and honored to be a guest in the new topic of Dialogue with Writers/poets. Sincere thanks to the prestigious Greek POLIZ literary magazine for opening this new item.
Please share your thoughts about the future of literature. Poetry is the product of the wondrous creativity of poets with words! To me, poetry is as close as a breath of life but at the same time challenging. Poetry, with its eternal beauty and power, always makes our lives more beautiful and hopeful to this real world.
More than anyone else, poets are people who always moved by the beauty of the universe, the world and people. They are full of compassion, always bringing to readers the beauty of the souls by their writing. That creativity has no limits. Poetry cannot stay out of this world and always needed for life.
When u start writing? As I remembered, I started writing my first verses when I was in fifth grade.
The Good and the Bad. Who is winning in nowadays? The world has two sides, the good and the bad. Literature is the same, it is a mirror that reflects life! I am myself always passionate, cherished and loved the good and true values of literature. Expressive forms of literature are increasingly rich and modern. The value of honesty and beauty is always appreciated. The poets’ works are worthy to be honored and respected by the society.
I don’t like to talk about who will be the winner today. Because literature or poetry is always creative and increasingly colorful diverse in a flat world. However, the preservation of cultural identity and characteristics of each country and ethnic group is always appreciated. For me, literature or poetry always has the power to save people.
How many books have you written? And where can we find your books?
I have published:
– 20 books so far, in which, 12 volumes of poetry are printed separately (not including joint printed works) and 2 volumes of children’s poetry, 2 volumes of Epics, 1 published in 2021 during the Covid pandemic titled “Life and Gratitude”.
– “Adding to the world” is the name of one of my favorite poems.
– 4 volumes of short proses and memoirs
– Just re-published bilingual poetry collection “Love as last love” (printed in 2017) in India on October 2022
– My poetry has been translated into languages: English, French, Russian, Pakistani…
The book. E book or Hardcover book. What will be the future? I think that printing books and e-books are both necessary in the 4.0 era. Especially, for young readers, e-books will attract more readers. Even elderly people now use facebook and read online regularly. Through facebook, they know how to promote their own images and convey their articles to the world. It is the way for each person to access information, read, write, filter and enrich their knowledge every day. However, I still enjoy reading printing books and feel more interesting to turn each page every day.
A wish for 2023. In the coming year of 2023, I wish a world of peace and happiness will come to everyone, every family! May writers and poets have more joys, good healths and strengths to continue their creative journeys! Happy New Year 2023!
