What inspired you to write? To whom or what were the first works dedicated? I tried to write poetry when I was very young. The first poems were dedicated to my mother. Later I began to write a lot, seriously, on various topics.

Do you have a favorite author? Why him/her? Favorite authors are Bulat Shalvovich Okudzhava and Sergey Yesenin. Bulat Shalvovich is an amazing person: from the simplest, unpretentious words, he is able to compose the wisest poems. The same can be said about his prose. Well, Sergei Yesenin is just a wonderful, soul-taking Russian poet.

What collections have you participated in over the past few years? What were these books and what do they mean to you? I have participated and i am participating in the collections of the Publishing House of Rhymograd, the Publishing House “Four” of St. Petersburg, the printing house named after A.S. Pushkin, Karelia. Three of my collections have already been published. The fourth is being prepared, the fifth is on the way. Collective collections are very interesting, give a certain experience, many interesting authors are published in them

Have you translated poems by other authors into Russian? What were these poems and how did you remember them? I have translated only once, but it is very interesting and I will continue with great pleasure.

In your opinion, what are the similarities and differences in the poetry of different peoples? The similarity of the poetry of different peoples is that they write mainly about the friendship of peoples, about happiness. The difference in the language direction.

What is the peculiarity of St. Petersburg culture and literature and how does it affect you? Petersburg is a very cultured city. The residents are educated, romantic, dreamy. It would seem that poets gather on every bench, in every garden and courtyard, on the streets and on the embankment. And that’s fine! Inspires.

What can you say about the modern creative youth of St. Petersburg? About the modern literature of St. Petersburg: some like it, some don’t. There are many good writers and poets, which cannot be said about musicians. But there are also very talented guys among them.

How do you see the future of your creativity and world literature in general? The future of my creativity depends only on me, on inspiration, talent, experience. I hope these companions will not leave me for a long time). Well, world literature will move forward, but the classics will remain unshakable and will prevail over the modern.

What would you like to wish your readers and fellow writers/poets in the coming 2023? I would like to help my readers to read only high-quality literature, a lot, excitedly. And to my colleagues in Peru – inspiration and huge creative potential for many years to come. Peace and good to all!
