I suggest pl add one more parameter which is essential to make the Univ more relevant to future of mankind. It is Humanistic Agenda: Promotion of Creative Ideas and Ethics

Education which is devoid of ethical training is not only irrelevant, but also dangerous.
What kind of world we are creating for our upcoming generations? Is money the only value left in the world?
If you change the criteria, it will do a whole lot of good to mankind.
