Welcome to Polismagazino. Introduce the band in few words.

Chiral are a play pretend Irish Rock Band who dress up for fun wearing gas masks and play crazy music. And scare people.

When did you start as a band?

The band started by absolute chance. Wolf acid ritual and red lake Magick formed the band initially as just a concept and began experimentation. Working madly in the Lab we stumbled upon a formula that we began to apply to all our work. Later on we brought in Bluster Bhoy and Spooky teaspoon to complete the experiment.

What is your first musical memory?

When my grandpa Joe bought me a toy guitar when I was 8/9 and that hooked me.

Describe to us your career in music to date. Were there any decisive positive or negative influences?

Our career to date is very positive and we don’t allow negativity affect us. We take negativity and create positivity and sometimes we take the positivity and make that negative. Just for fun.

Are you “scared” by success or failure?

We are not scared or either. But failure is not an option. And we don’t have any preconceived notions of what success is !

Tell us a few words about your latest release.

In the company of wolves Is a reimagining of the old fairytale “Little red riding hood” played by our amazing and talented friend . Rebecca Deegan. @rebeccadeeganartist on instagram everybody. We took the dark fairytale version and Chiralalised it.

Who edits the lyrics and music?

Wolf acid ritual is the evil genius lyricist. And also has a big part in the musical arrangements alongside all of the band. The music is a collective effort from all the members.
