Abeera Mirza: “Love poem”

Επιμέλεια: Εύα Πετροπούλου Λιανού

Show, Don’t Act

Speak up when we meet
Keep quiet when we eat.
Remember you are my love
Respect all that I have.

Together,don’t always say
“I love you ” as an essay.
If you love,just show it,
Act love,don’t say it.

You love me,I love it
And that’s so sweet.
Don’t say it, I repeat
Or you’ll sound stupid.

If you keep saying “I love you”
I will keep on saying “me too”
And very soon it will be boring
Then our love will be of scowling.
