THE world is run by people
Who possess the
Art of articulating
And altering
The tastes of the people
To suit their financial whims.
Intent is an intentional fallacy
So is content
A contentious fallacy
Where to look for meaning?
Or meaning too is a fallacy?
As it is happening in polity?
No poem is poetry,
Nor no man, humanity
Rooted in individuality, trees
Find the forest, a travesty
God has lost his oneness
As what suits us is His plurality.
We know this is the world
Of showmanship.
Not poets, but poetasters flourish
When a man is dead,
We indulge in funerality
When meaning is dead, words are a formality.
